Listening to Talent

There is genuine joy and satisfaction from working in the NHS and contributing to the improved health of our population. However, there can also be significant challenges for these board level roles; life at times can be really very difficult and we are here to do more than connect people with work assignments - we are here to support you on your career journey.


This resource hub will develop in the coming months but we intend to create a space where you can seek support from us and we can connect you with other executives nationally for support and thinking space when you need it. The NHS does great work and we must look after each other.
